2. Hosting & server logs
Our hoster processes technical log data (IP, browser, time, referrer, URL) to deliver the website. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
3. Cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies (e.g. session cookie for CSRF). No tracking cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, § 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG.
4. Reach measurement (own, privacy-friendly)
We measure page views with our own tool. Stored per view: URL, timestamp, HTTP status, referrer, user-agent and a SHA-256 hash of your IP (the IP itself is not stored). Retention: 365 days.
5. Newsletter
If you subscribe, we store email, name, subscription timestamp, IP and user-agent as DOI proof. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. Unsubscribe any time.
6. Affiliate programmes
athletik.net participates in the programmes of Amazon EU S.à.r.l., AWIN, Webgains. When you click an affiliate link, you first pass through our internal counter (/go/…) where we store shop, timestamp and a SHA-256 IP hash. Then you land on the shop under its own privacy policy.
7. Your rights
