Who is athletik.net for?
For ambitious hobby athletes, club athletes and coaches. We focus on functional performance training — strength, speed, endurance, mobility — sport-agnostic and sport-specific (football, tennis, running, combat sports).
How do I find the right exercise?
At /en/uebungen you can filter by category (strength, speed, endurance, mobility, plyometrics, core), difficulty, equipment and muscle group. Every exercise has a detailed tutorial with tips, common mistakes and recommended sets × reps.
Are the training guides scientifically grounded?
Our content is based on established training science principles (periodisation, progressive overload, recovery logic) and is editorially reviewed. For medical issues, our content does not replace professional advice.
How are product reviews done?
Every review involves multiple weeks of real-world use. We rate by material, fit, build quality and value for money. If you buy via our affiliate links, we earn a small commission — the price stays the same for you.
Do I need to sign up to use the site?
No. All guides, exercises and product reviews are free. If you want regular updates, you can subscribe to our newsletter.
How often are new articles published?
Currently two new articles per weekday, typically between 10:00–11:00 and 17:00–18:00 CET. Exercises and product reviews are added continuously.
Is athletik.net available in English?
Yes — you're reading it. Use the language switcher in the header to toggle between German and English.
How can I give feedback or suggest a topic?
Use our contact form. Suggestions for exercises, product reviews or guide topics are explicitly welcome.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. Alternatively, just reply with "Unsubscribe" to any of our emails — we'll confirm manually.
